Thank you for shopping with Revenge Tour. We want your order to arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Note: During high-volume periods such as product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays via email.


2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping methods at checkout:

Standard Shipping

•  Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days after shipment

•  Available for all domestic orders

•  Tracking included

Expedited Shipping

•  Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment

•  Available for all domestic orders

•  Tracking included

•  Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Total delivery time = processing time (2–3 business days) + shipping time.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, order weight, and delivery address. Any applicable rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — subscribe to our email list to stay updated.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

You can also track your order directly through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided. If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours of your shipping confirmation, please contact us.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Revenge Tour is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at info@revengetour.shop — we will do our best to make changes before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order is in processing.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier and marked as delivered, Revenge Tour is not liable for lost or stolen packages. However, we understand these situations happen and will do our best to help.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

•  Check around your property and with neighbors

•  Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number

•  Wait 2 business days — packages are sometimes marked as delivered early

•  If still unresolved, contact us at info@revengetour.shop and we will work with the carrier on your behalf

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


7. Undeliverable Packages & Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days of the package being returned, the order may be cancelled and refunded minus the original shipping cost.


8. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


9. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Factors outside our control — including carrier delays, weather events, customs holds, or high-volume periods — may affect delivery times. Revenge Tour is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been dispatched.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please reach out to us and we will investigate with the carrier.
