Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing so you understand exactly how returns and exchanges work at Revenge Tour.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on the Revenge Tour website are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. We encourage you to review your order carefully — including sizing, product details, and quantities — before completing checkout.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Size Exchanges

We understand sizing can be tricky, which is why we offer one exception to our final sale policy: size exchanges. If the item you ordered does not fit, you may request an exchange for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.

Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted, no exceptions.

How to Request an Exchange

All exchange requests must be submitted through our
Exchange Portal at https://jciybk-ec.myshopify.com/pages/return-portal.

We do not process exchanges via email or social media. Once your request is approved through the portal, you will receive instructions on where to send your item and how to select your replacement size.

3. Exchange Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions at the time it is received back by us:

•  Unworn and unwashed — the item must not have been worn beyond trying it on for fit

•  In original condition with all tags still attached

•  Free of odors, stains, damage, or any signs of wear

•  Accompanied by proof of purchase — your receipt or order number must be included or referenced in your exchange request

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange and will be returned to you at your expense. We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet our eligibility standards.

4. Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us for an exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Revenge Tour is not responsible for items lost in transit on the return journey. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship your replacement size at no additional shipping charge (domestic orders).

Note: Exchange processing typically takes 3–5 business days after we receive your item. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your exchange order is dispatched.

5. Size Availability

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If your requested size is not available at the time your exchange is processed, we will contact you to offer an alternative size. If no suitable alternative is available, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.

We are unable to hold sizes in reserve while your exchange is in transit.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@revengetour.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. Defective or incorrectly shipped items will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are not subject to the standard exchange conditions above. We will make it right.

7. Final Sale & Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:

•  Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or with a discount code (unless the item is defective)

•  Accessories, headwear, and non-apparel items

•  Items without tags or in any condition other than original

•  Items requested for exchange outside the 30-day window
